English expression for renting a home
This video shows us some basic information for renting a home.
In this video, we learn two types of patterns for asking questions using numbers and quantities.
We use “how many” when we can count something.
“How much” means we can’t count something – like milk, beer or cola. Some examples of “How much” questions are:
How much is the rent?
How much does it cost per month? It costs 2,000 dollars per month.
How much is the deposit?
How much room (space) does it have? How big is it?
How many square feet(meters) is it? It’s as big as Hearst Castle.
